Commercial roofing

Commercial roofing
in Cork.

Roof repairs, replacement and new roofs for shops, offices, units and other commercial buildings, around the people who use them.

01 / About this service

Roofing for businesses

Our commercial roofing began at the request of homeowners who wanted the same careful work on the buildings they ran, and it has been a real part of the business since. We work with business owners, property managers, contractors and architects to find a roof that suits the building and the budget.

The work includes repairs, complete replacements, overlays on existing roofs, tear-offs and roofs on new construction, on low-slope and flat roofs as well as pitched ones. A commercial roof has to be put right without shutting the business, so planning and access are agreed before we start.

Every job starts with a free survey and a fixed price in writing. Prices depend on the roof, so they are given after the survey.

04 / Pricing

What this usually costs.

Commercial roofs vary too much for a guide figure, so they are priced after a survey. For flat roofs the 2026 guide for EPDM or GRP is €90–€140 per m², and the survey confirms what applies to your roof.

05 / How it works

From first visit to hand-back.

01

Free survey

Someone goes up and looks, from the attic and from the roof, and photographs what they find.

02

Written price

A fixed price on paper, with what we found, what we will do and what it will not cover.

03

The work

Our own crews, with safe access, the right materials and the site kept tidy.

04

Hand-back

We walk you through what was done, clear the site and give you the written guarantee.
