Do you work on terraced houses that share walls?
Yes. Access and the order of work are agreed with the neighbours, and the party-wall and parapet flashings are detailed so that mending one house does not push the leak into the next.
How much does a roof repair cost?
As a 2026 guide, a roof leak repair is €400–€2,500, and chimney work is €800–€3,500. A fixed price follows a free survey.
How much does a new roof cost?
Around €8,000–€18,000 for concrete tile and €12,000–€28,000+ for a complete slate roof, as a 2026 guide.
Do you work on apartments?
Where the building's management allows, yes, and we work around the other residents.
What guarantee do I get?
A written 10-year workmanship guarantee on installation work, and the Lifetime Leak Guarantee on a complete roof replacement.
Do you do free surveys?
Yes. A survey for a repair or replacement quote is free. A stand-alone written inspection report is priced when you book.
